Accounts & Security
Keep credentials confidential, maintain accurate account information, and notify us of any unauthorized access promptly.
Shipments & Compliance
You are responsible for providing accurate shipment data, classifications, and any permits required; we assist but final declarations remain yours.
Fees & Billing
Pricing follows the plan or statement of work. Duties, taxes, surcharges, and carrier adjustments may be billed as incurred.
Liability
Except where mandatory law applies, liability is limited to the amounts stated in your agreement or the value of services rendered.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or end access for misuse, nonpayment, or legal risk. You may terminate per contract terms; offboarding support is available.
